Pre-Made and Custom Skins FAQ
Welcome to The Skin Emporium Pre Sales Forum.
If you are considering purchasing or have placed an order for one of our Pre-Made skins, you might consider the following:
We now require that all new members make sure they include their county and board URL when registering.
Orders placed via our Shop have to be manually verified and processed, this can take up to 24 hours, after which time the skin will be sent to you via the email account used to purchase the skin.
In order to validate the transaction, we would requite the following information. Please include this when purchasing a skin.
1. Your Username at TSE
2. Your full name
3. The name and URL of the forums at which you will be using the skin
4. The name and URL of your hosting company
5. A valid non-free email address
6. Your country location
7. Which skin/skins would you like?
8. What version of IPB is the skin for

Most online business require at least the following information, and it'll helps us to fight against Internet fraud. 1. Your Username at TSE 2. Your full name 3. The name and URL of the forums at which you will be using the skin 4. The name and URL of your hosting company 5. A valid non-free email address 6. Your country location 7. Which skin/skins would you like? 8. What version of IPB is the skin for?. This basic information is required for you to make a skin purchase at The Skin Emporium. Once we receive this information, we will send you the skin usually within a few minutes. For existing customers. We would appreciate it if you would be kind enough to include your customer username, the skin and the version you would like to purchase. Please bear in mind that only the verified PayPal account holders will receive their purchase. Other parties who would like to use a friends PayPal account will need to make prior arrangements with the card holder, and a we would require confirmation from them. We would like to make your purchase as smooth as possible. Thank you. Management |
