Pre-Made and Custom Skins FAQ
Welcome to The Skin Emporium Pre Sales Forum.
If you are considering purchasing or have placed an order for one of our Pre-Made skins, you might consider the following:
We now require that all new members make sure they include their county and board URL when registering.
Orders placed via our Shop have to be manually verified and processed, this can take up to 24 hours, after which time the skin will be sent to you via the email account used to purchase the skin.
In order to validate the transaction, we would requite the following information. Please include this when purchasing a skin.
1. Your Username at TSE
2. Your full name
3. The name and URL of the forums at which you will be using the skin
4. The name and URL of your hosting company
5. A valid non-free email address
6. Your country location
7. Which skin/skins would you like?
8. What version of IPB is the skin for

Been a while since I was on here and guess I kinda expected more of a flurry about IPB 3, but there's nothing. In fact the overall activity on these forums is a bit worrying. I have three sites using skins from here (yes, they are paid for!) and ultimately would look to moving to IPB 3. Are there any plans for converting skins or is this site dead? This is a commercial site and I have paid for skins, I want to pay for upgrade to IPB 3.x. Why should I chase management via PM? |

they do visit here (like myself) but we have other work as well so we may not visit as often as we would like |

Hi, ag1266.
May I apologise for the long delay in replying to your message. Have contracted Swine Flu then regular flu which really pulled me down. Also my Internet has been down for two weeks whilst my ISP has upgraded the cable. As we do not sell many skins now, we will only convert skins to 3.0 as per customer request.
